Nina Linander


Nina has an MSc in Business from the Stockholm School of Business and an MBA from IMD (IMEDE) in Lausanne, Switzerland. Nina is currently Member of the Board of Swedavia AB, Asker Healthcare Group and Souminen Corp. Nina has previously held Board positions in, among others, Skanska AB, Specialfastigheter AB, Castellum, Industrivärden and Neste Oil Oyj. Nina is also founder and, until 2012, partner in Stanton Chase International AB.

Carl-Michael Raihle

Carl-Michael Raihle has an MSc in Metallurgical Engineering and a PhD in Meterials Processing from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. Carl-Michael is currently the owner and President of Creation AB and Member of the Board of Vidfamne AB. Carl-Michael has previously held board positions in Scanacon AB, Northland Resources AS, ABB gymnasiet, and Holton Ltd. Carl-Michael has a long career in the metallurgical and engineering field with leading positions within Ovako, Luvata and Outokumpu.

Tiina Ohlsson

Member of Board

Tiina has a teacher’s degree from the Dalarna University and is further trained in leadership and management. Tiina has worked as, Business Manager, CEO Borlänge & Co, Unit Manager in the Swedish Transport Administration, and Regional Manager Region Dalarna. Tiina has also worked for the Swedish steel producers’ association, Jernkontoret and the Triple Steelix project, a cluster organization within steel-related activities, the focus was on industrial challenges, supply of skills and resource efficiency.

Göran Carlsson

Göran Carlsson has an MSc in Mining and Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Göran is chairman of the board of Partnerinvest Övre Norrland, , as well as a board member of Luleå Hamn. Göran has previously been a member of the Jernkontorets (The Swedish steel industry’s industry organization) council. Göran has a career in the steel industry behind him and has, among other things, been the CEO of MEFOS, Swereaand SSAB Tunnplåt and head of SSAB’s production of raw steel. In addition, he is a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences and has been an adjunct professor of metallurgy at Luleå University of Technology.

Annie Lööf

Annie has a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Lund University and has been a national, political leader for a long time. She is the former Minister for Enterprise in the Swedish government and Head of department of the Ministry of Enterprise, Energy and Infrastructure. She served as a member of the Swedish Parliament and was the party leader for Centre Party, a green liberal party, between 2011-2023.

Bo Magnusson

Bo Magnusson has many years of experience in the financial industry in Sweden and internationally both as a senior executive and director. Bo is currently Chairman of the Board of FCG Group AB and Member of the Board of KBC Bank NV. Bo has previously been Chairman of the Board of Carnegie Investment Bank AB, SBAB Bank AB, Rikshem AB, Norrporten AB, 4T-WyWallet AB and Vice Chairman of the Board of Swedbank AB. As an executive he spent 30 years at at Sweden's leading corporate bank SEB, the last years as Deputy CEO.

Edward Murray

Edward has a BSc degree in economics from the University of Surrey, England, and an MBA from Stockholm School of Business. Edward has held positions as Global Head of Derivative Support for SEB and COO for financial trading of Energy and Commodities at Vattenfall AB. Edward has worked as a Senior Management Consultant in the Banking sector and as a Business Transformation Manager at Swedbank. Edward has also worked with a previous Swedish Startup Navetti, now part of Vendavo.
