Lotta Lyrå

Chair

Lotta Lyrå holds an MSc in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics. She is currently the CEO of Södra, a global player in the pulp, sawn timber, and energy industry, a role she has held since December 2020. Her previous experience includes leadership positions at Södra and within the IKEA Group, as well as serving as CEO and Group President of Clas Ohlson. Lotta has a strong background in strategy, transformation, and business development across international organisations, with experience spanning both the process industry and consumer-facing sectors. She serves as chair of Skogsindustrierna and on the board of Sthlm School of Economics. Lotta has previous board experience from for example Kivra and SCA.

Jing Jin

Jing Jin holds an MSc in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics. She currently serves as the Vice President of Clean Technologies at Munters, where she has previously held various international managerial roles within commercial, product management and strategy. Her prior experience also includes management consulting at Boston Consulting Group. Jing has hands-on experience in leading and developing global teams across multiple functions in a technical business environment. She is also well experienced in building businesses and driving sustainable transformation and change management.

Bert Nordberg

Bert Nordberg is presently a board member at Essity and SAAB. He has previously held assorted managerial positions at Digital Equipment Corporation and Ericsson, including CEO of Sony Mobile Communications. Formerly, he has been the chairman of the board at Vestas Wind Systems, Sony Mobile Communications, and TDC Group, as well as a board member at BlackBerry Ltd, SkiStar, Axis, and Electrolux. Bert has in-depth knowledge of restructuring, services and infrastructure business. And has also several years of experience in international business operations.

Annie Lööf

Annie has a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Lund University and has been a national, political leader for a long time. She is the former Minister for Enterprise in the Swedish government and Head of department of the Ministry of Enterprise, Energy and Infrastructure. She served as a member of the Swedish Parliament and was the party leader for Centre Party, a green liberal party, between 2011-2023.

Bo Magnusson

Bo Magnusson has many years of experience in the financial industry in Sweden and internationally both as a senior executive and director. Bo is currently Chairman of the Board of FCG Group AB and Member of the Board of KBC Bank NV. Bo has previously been Chairman of the Board of Carnegie Investment Bank AB, SBAB Bank AB, Rikshem AB, Norrporten AB, 4T-WyWallet AB and Vice Chairman of the Board of Swedbank AB. As an executive he spent 30 years at at Sweden's leading corporate bank SEB, the last years as Deputy CEO.

Edward Murray

Edward has a BSc degree in economics from the University of Surrey, England, and an MBA from Stockholm School of Business. Edward has held positions as Global Head of Derivative Support for SEB and COO for financial trading of Energy and Commodities at Vattenfall AB. Edward has worked as a Senior Management Consultant in the Banking sector and as a Business Transformation Manager at Swedbank. Edward has also worked with a previous Swedish Startup Navetti, now part of Vendavo.
