GreenIron is strengthening its Board with two new members: Maria Åstrand and Peter Jhaveri.

Maria Åstrand is currently Vice President of Operations at Epiroc AB, responsible for seven production units globally. She was previously Vice President for Cathode Active Material at Northvolt AB, where she was in charge of R&D, process development, factory construction and manufacturing. Maria holds a PhD in Materials Science and has held senior roles at Swerea KIMAB and Sandvik, bringing broad experience from research and development, production, as well as international operational responsibility.

Peter Jhaveri is a senior business leader with over 30 years of international experience, including as CEO, division head and member of executive management teams in global industrial groups such as Tetra Pak, Billerud and Södra. He has a strong commercial profile and has over the past 12 years gained extensive board experience in both industrial companies and various start-ups. Alongside his board assignments, Peter works as an advisor in strategy, leadership, and business development.
