Bo Magnusson – new member of GreenIron’s board

Yesterday, during a well-attended, Extraordinary General Meeting, Bo Magnusson was elected to GreenIron’s board.

A very satisfied chairman of the selection committee, Kent Sander, expressed the following praise about Bo. “With many years of experience in the financial industry in Sweden and internationally, both as a senior executive and director, we are convinced that Bo will be an important injection for GreenIron”.

A few words about Bo’s extensive CV.

Bo is currently Chairman of the Board of FCG Group AB and Member of the Board of KBC Bank NV. Bo has previously been Chairman of the Board of Carnegie Investment Bank AB, SBAB Bank AB, Rikshem AB, Norrporten AB, 4T-WyWallet AB and Vice Chairman of the Board of Swedbank AB. As an executive he spent 30 years at Sweden’s leading corporate bank SEB, the last years as Deputy CEO.
