GreenIron’s participation in “Sweden-Canada Innovation Days” was a great success
During last weeks “Sweden-Canada Innovation Days” in Quebec, GreenIron’s CEO Edward Murray, participated in a meeting in the company of some Swedish business leaders, representing companies from various sectors.
The meeting was attended by, among others, the Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau, Canada´s Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry, François-Philippe Champagne, and the highly respected Swedish industrialist Marcus Wallenberg.
Edward Murray took the opportunity to give Justin Trudeau a CO2-free coin, produced with GreenIron´s technology.
As a result of “Sweden-Canada Innovation Days”, Canada and Sweden committed to work together, i.a. to leverage both countries’ critical minerals and access to clean energy. With a common ambition to lead the green transition and to achieve the countries’ ambitious climate goals.
Both countries are global leaders and pioneers in decarbonising steel production, critical raw materials, electric car batteries, etc. It means a responsibility to encourage the global use of advanced technologies that help the world build a strong, clean future.
